COOKIN' UP THE GRUB
Up at the crack of dawn, our cowboys are hard at work gettin' your meal ready. Everything has to be done just right and precise for everything to turn out right. From lightin' the first fire to scoopin' out the hot spuds, we make sure that your meal will be one that you won't soon forget.
|
The most important part of the job is the fire. The fire is started at dawn's early light and is kept hot all day. |
The grub is finished just as the people arrive, so it's good and hot! |
Makin' sourdough biscuits is a true labor of love. Our sourdough starter has been kept alive for over 70 years!! |
